• At present we are providing these services,
• EPC – Energy Performance Certificate, Prices depends on per project basis and will be agreed prior to commencing any work

• For Domestic EPC Certificate Assessor will contact you to make an appointment within max 3 hour after the Order has been received.
• Payments can be paid to the directly to the assessor in Cash, Cheque or Online Bank Transfer to the company’s Bank Account.
• You agree to provide us sufficient (accurate) information to us about the property you want Energy Performance Certificate. You will notify us immediately you become aware of any inaccuracy contained within the Order.
• You agree that any order that we may deliver to you is delivered on the understanding that it is only for your use and for the purpose that you have disclosed to us
• We cannot accept any liability for any error in EPC based on information provided by you, Public Register inaccuracy or third party.
• EPC CERTIFICATES UK will not be liable to any kind of loss, damages or costs caused directly or indirectly delivered to you (even if negligence in delaying or anything is on our side)
• Same Day Service is subject to availability of energy assessor and therefore not guaranteed , However we will confirm you within 2 hours of your order
• Payment is due maximum within 30 days of an invoice or on the day of assessment for the Domestic EPC (exisiting dwelling) service of our EPC Assessors
• Failing to make the payment wihtin 30 days EPC Certificates UK reserved the right to take the matter further to the higher authorities
• Following receipt of order, the allocated EPC Assessor will confirm acceptance of the booking to the Client via telephone to the contact number provided.
• You have right to cancel your order and get full refund 24 hours before the appointment time. Cancellation Fee is £15.00 for DOMESTIC EPC and £25.00 for Commercial EPC
• No refund will be made if you change your mind after the issuance of FINAL certificates
